Gear preperation at bank equips the wrong gear set
Some accounts will prepare their gear set at the bank (this value is PlayerSensed), however it is currently always equipping the magic gear set. The user might not want to use this gear set, so this is wrong.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
